About Our Family

We’re a warm, creative, and high-energy family of five with three strong, curious, and lively kids all attending the same school for the first time. Our children are bright, independent thinkers who thrive when guided by calm consistency, structure, and humor.

Our middle child is neurodivergent and supported with consistent routines and tutoring. Our oldest is artistic and tech-minded. Our youngest keeps everyone laughing and on their toes. One child is vegetarian, and we aim to support their dietary needs without making food an overwhelming focus.

Mom prioritizes family time while also working on a number of projects outside the home as well as slowly returning to more creative work. Dad often has long, unpredictable hours when on projects. We also share our home with three beloved dogs — a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, a Great Pyrenees/Doberman rescue, and a senior Cocker Spaniel — and a few guinea pigs that our oldest cares for.

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For

You’re proactive, organized, and patient — the kind of person who brings steadiness and order to a busy home without losing your sense of humor. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and can anticipate needs before they’re spoken.

You’re comfortable jumping into a high-energy environment, rolling with unpredictable schedules, and keeping things moving even when the day gets chaotic. You appreciate honesty, direct communication, and families that are warm, fast-paced, and sometimes a little unconventional.

You’re not easily offended and you bring kindness and good boundaries into your work. You love dogs, are great with kids, and ideally speak Spanish to help the kids keep up their language practice from school.
