We are a busy, professional family with two young children. Our household is always full of energy, with daily tasks and ever-changing schedules. We need someone who can help streamline and manage the flow of activities, keep us organized, and stay on top of things with a proactive approach. While we have childcare support at home, we are looking for a team player who can seamlessly step in to manage logistics, schedules, and all the details that keep our home running smoothly.
We value clear communication, reliability, and a high level of organization. Our ideal candidate is someone who can proactively handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining a calm and collected approach. If you’re the type of person who enjoys making systems more efficient, planning ahead, and taking initiative, we’d love to meet you.
You are a proactive, thoughtful, and highly organized person who can act as the “push notification” for the family, always keeping us on track and ahead of the game. You anticipate what’s coming up, whether it's an important appointment, a household supply running low, or a trip we need to get the car packed for. You don’t wait for things to be asked of you; instead, you take ownership of tasks and communicate them clearly so that everything stays efficient and on schedule.
You’re someone who thrives on routine and organization, and the idea of doing a daily reset and tidying up the house; making sure everything is in its place, ready for the next day, is second nature to you. Whether it’s clearing high-traffic areas or organizing spaces, you ensure everything feels fresh and organized every day.
You thrive in a team environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities while keeping everything organized. Whether it's coordinating the family calendar, managing errands, or helping with small projects around the house, you are always one step ahead. You’re reliable and can handle unexpected changes with ease. Above all, you take pride in helping things run seamlessly, ensuring that everyone in the household has what they need when they need it. You’re a true team player who enjoys supporting a busy family, handling the day-to-day details that make life easier for everyone.
